Are you planning to visit Vilnius in April 2025? Explore Vilnius Events Calendar 2025 and choose the best event from our list! This Vilnius events agenda will help you to discover the best things to do in Vilnius and what to see in the capital of Lithuania.

- Sakura Season in Vilnius
Every spring, Vilnius quietly transforms into a delicate pink wonderland as cherry blossoms — or sakura — bloom in the heart of the city. It’s one of the most magical times to visit the Lithuanian capital, when nature, culture, and community come together in a short-lived but unforgettable celebration of renewal and beauty. Today, the park is a peaceful and symbolic spot where locals and visitors alike gather every spring to witness the fleeting beauty of sakura in full bloom.

- Easter Holiday
Easter is one of the most important and beautiful spring holidays, symbolizing nature’s rebirth, hope, and resurrection. In Lithuania, Easter is celebrated for two days: on April 20th (Sunday) and April 21st (Monday) in 2025. Since Easter is an official holiday, many institutions may be closed or operate with a reduced schedule. It is advisable to check the working hours of museums, shops, public institutions, and other places of interest in advance on their websites or social media pages.

- Earth day concert
Join us on April 22 near the White Bridge for a special event where Lithuania’s top musicians, scientists, public voices, and activists will unite to celebrate our one and only home – Mother Earth. Expect powerful messages and live performances of hit songs by some of the country’s most popular artists!
We encourage you to come by public transport, bike, or on foot. Let’s keep it green – skip the single-use dishes and help keep the area clean for everyone to enjoy. The event is part of the Vilnius – Green Capital of Europe 2025 program.

- Vilnius peaks
We invite you to celebrate the 6th birthday of NEAKIVAIZDINIS VILNIUS by ‘going up in the world’ and walking vertically instead of horizontally! As many as 11 of the most iconic panoramas of Vilnius will be revealed from the rooftops to those who ascend the height of 633.39 m – the equivalent of two TV towers built on top of each other, or twice the height of Aukštojo Hill, the highest place in Lithuania. This is the sum of the heights of the 11 skyscrapers participating in the initiative. Even if you grab the chance to go up just one of them, you will see the city from a different perspective!
