Vox organi Cathedralis 2025

“Vox organi Cathedralis” (“The Voice of the Cathedral Organ”) is an annual festival held at the Vilnius Cathedral Basilica. This year, it is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of M. K. Čiurlionis. The festival will feature 16 concerts, presenting a broad spectrum of Čiurlionis’ works – compositions written during his studies in Warsaw and Leipzig, pieces dedicated to his father Konstantinas Čiurlionis, the organist of the Druskininkai church, music by composers connected to Čiurlionis’ cultural environment, as well as 20th-century Lithuanian compositions inspired by his art and music.
